Bought a brand new 2025 Chevy Equinox in Dec of 2024 March of 2025 check engine light came on. They basically told me to shove it and go to a different GM deal and try to get it covered under FACTORY wa March of 2025 check engine light came on. Recently purchased a new Yukon XL Denali that had a damaged door when I picked up the vehicle. The dealer stated they would have it corrected. Took 3 months to get a service appointment to get the door damaged door when I picked up the vehicle. The dealer stated they would have it corrected. Took 3 months to get a service appointment to get the door since I was informed that their service department is undergoing changes. I dropped it off to have the door repaired and get an oil change and the dealer put 100 miles on my truck when it was at the dealer to be serviced. The service manager could not provide me with a legitimate explanation so I can only assume that they used my new vehicle as their own personal vehicle while it was there. Do not get your vehicle serviced here unless you want them putting crazy amounts of mileage on your vehicle. More

I have purchased 4 very expensive vehicles from romeo the latest is a 2022 gmc 2500 denali its 13 months old and has been in their shop so many times I have lost count recently it spent 5 days in their care latest is a 2022 gmc 2500 denali its 13 months old and has been in their shop so many times I have lost count recently it spent 5 days in their care for a number of problems I was told to come pick the truck up as it was all repaired well its not 2 of the major reasons it was in for still remain I have been complaining about these 2 issues basically since ithe truck was new they can't fix it their mechanics are completely incompetent joe I have purchased my last vehicle from you romeo Chevrolet Buick gmc is a disgrace to our community More
I purchased a 2019 Buick with moderate mileage this past spring. I went in to buy a new car but was told there were none available. I needed a car quick so I went for a used one. Every car on the lot I show spring. I went in to buy a new car but was told there were none available. I needed a car quick so I went for a used one. Every car on the lot I showed interest in Brady would have to go inside to check the price and would come back and tell me the car wasn’t available. Made know sense. Finally i am shown a car that was available. I was hot tired and just wanted out. Steve sold me an extended warranty for $3200. He told me that it was a good idea in case of costly repairs. What he didn’t tell me is that it would be nearly impossible to get the car in for service because NO ONE answers their phone or returns a call from the service department. I since November I have been calling to schedule a loaner so they can check out a rattle under the car that only happens when the car is cold so I have to leave it. Their service techs heard it but couldn’t identify what it was because the car heated up. Miquel asked me to wait until the first week in January because they had other people ahead of me who needed loaners. I call several times a week Miquel never calls back. If I manage to find a live person in service they tell me they will call Miguel or get someone to call me back. It is now the second week in February and nothing I do have to say that in October they told me the noise was the brakes and they could replace the rotors for $500. I took the car to a friends shop and looked at the rotors there. They had some rust but were fine. We cleaned them up put on brake pads and they were fine. But that other noise still is there when I start the car in the morning and back out of my driveway. How can these people stay in business when none of their employees take customers seriously I am hoping this review gets someone to fix this car Oh yes at while they are at it perhaps have ever voicemail box identify the extension number and employee you have reached.
