Service department is a scam and way over priced. The hours that were worked on my truck were double the time it should have taken and they definitely charged me accordingly. I tried fighting it and found out that the manager i was speaking with is not even knowledgeable in the field of mechanics so it went nowhere. After paying the ridiculous bill I went home and crawled under my truck to see what was done. Of course what I saw only justified my argument on the price even more so. I will not be returning here and I hope others do not fall for their scams as well. More

I give them a 1 star ONLY because of the sales department. The purchasing part was alright even though it took almost 6 hours for paperwork. The service department on the other hand is terrible. I bought a certified preowned through Romeo Chevy in Kingston and voiced my concerns about the rotors being extremely rusty/warped as well as paint missing on the rear door. They took my car in, kept it for 3 days to only replace the back rotors and pads (it needed them all around) as well as put extra miles on the car before I returned to pick it up. I voiced my concerns about the “random extra miles” and that the paperwork did not match with what was on the car. Nothing was done about it and I doubt they even looked into it. The front rotors were replaced along with pads eventually. Fast forward to a month into ownership and I will not be taking the car back to them for ANY service as I’m going to need to replace the front rotors again due to sub par work done at their service department. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealer that has a good mechanics and will fix things the right way. More
Aside from phone service or customer service, in PERSON service was poor. The service representative demeanor was he didn't want to be there, I was wasting his time and seemed aggravated when I gave a list service was poor. Rep argued with me again about my warranty. No shuttle service available to get a rental. Had to walk from dealership to Enterprise. Hopefully my truck is fixed after the 5th time being here. More
Amazingly kind and wonderful! Sean Duffy and Ted were about to finish closing up the service area when I arrived Late Saturday afternoon. I had a tire that was almost flat. Not only did they stay and fix the tire but took the extra time to see why the tire had lost air. I had told them I had a 300-mile trip to take the next day, They were kind and patient, took care of the problem. Most other people would have said "sorry we are closed" In this day and age of acrimony and vitriol, it is wonderfully refreshing to find such a level of kindness and caring. Again to Sean and Ted, my heartfelt thanks!!! More

oil change and brakes I was told I needed new rear brake pads during my oil change. Brakes pads were installed at a reasonable price. The service adviser recommended to have 4 wheel drive transfer case fluid changed at 66, 000 miles. I passed. Owners manual says change at 90,000 miles with severe usage. More

Quick Positive Response to My Service Request One of the wipers on my 2018 Sierra Denali pickup had become shredded and inoperable. I realize that wipers are not usually covered under warranty but with only 6,000 miles on my vehicle, I wasn't happy to have this issue. I pulled into the dealership without an appointment and discussed my concerns with Sean Duffy, the service manger and he agreed the wiper should not have failed with so little use. He offered to have them replaced on the spot while I waited and asked Joe Sanford the service rep to assist me. Joe came right out replaced both my wipers himself and had me on my way in 30 minuets at no charge. I was very pleased with the quick positive response and service. More
