I was treated good by the service dept. I like for my car to be locked when I park it. When I turned my keys into the service dept, my car was locked. When I went to leave, I saw that it was not locked, it upset me because if something gets stolen from my car, Romeo isn't responsible for my loses. In the past, the service was not great, so good service is an upgrade for me. More

Prompt, courteous service. I had out of town company when I got a flat tire on a Sunday late afternoon. I managed to get the spare on my Sorento but the original tire was so co I had out of town company when I got a flat tire on a Sunday late afternoon. I managed to get the spare on my Sorento but the original tire was so compromised that it could not be repaired. I called KIA on Schwenk Drive at 7:30 the next morning and left a voicemail message asking them to let me know if they had four tires for my vehicle as it is all wheel drive and it is recommended that all be replaced. I also needed it done immediately as my company had a travel connection they had to make and I was their chauffeur. At 8 am I received a call back. They had the tires, scheduled me for 8:15 and by 10:45 my car was ready. The tires had been replaced, the alignment done and a new spare was ordered for me. The service was certainly prompt and most courteous. More
