Anytime I have taken my car in for an oil change a team member from the service department has always come out to talk to me about any other servicing my vehicle may need or what the technicians recommendation is when they do an inspection of the vehicle. If the technicians recommendations can wait until the next visit they will let me wait and not force me into getting it done right then. More
