Thursday April 2nd. I have bought a vehicle at this dealership in the distant past - before it was bought by Romeo, and had a 3pm appointment to test drive a 2024 Nissan I have bought a vehicle at this dealership in the distant past - before it was bought by Romeo, and had a 3pm appointment to test drive a 2024 Nissan Frontier PRO 4X. The truck has been at the dealer for well over a month. the price has dropped a bit. I called to say I was running late, and when I arrived with my friend it didn't seem anyone was expecting me. A confused first time salesman went to get the truck. (It was not out front, but still in the back lot). The truck is out of gas! We talk him into letting us come with him to the gas station so we don't have to wait around. I test drive the vehicle, we come back and go over some numbers, with the help of the sales manager Margaret Reece. I say I want to sleep on it. The next morning I call and we go over things like certifying the vehicle and fixing the shuddering brakes. I'll take it. I email him my registration and insurance and he calls for a credit card to make a deposit to hold the truck. This is Friday April 3rd, at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon. I still have all of the emails.. Monday morning I receive a message from the sales manager to please call her back. I call her back and she says ".. someone bought and took the truck over the weekend...., Nothing like this has ever happened before, maybe we didn't put the SOLD sign on it, maybe we didn't park it with the other SOLD vehicles..... How would I like this other truck- a year older, a different color, different tires and wheels, slightly more miles -for the same price?..." xxx?? Maybe it was simple Bait and Switch? I sure wish I had looked at the BBB website first. I would have seen all the complaints about this dealership. It seems this was not the first time this has happened.. Fraud! More

Everyone at Romeo treated us with respect and professionalism. We never felt pressured or sales pitched - we felt informed. The five star rating extends beyond the sales and finance staff to the service department as well! I took the car in for a problem (that wasn't actually a problem after all) and it was a very pleasant experience. Again... professionalism, knowledge, and respect. Also... on my trade in: Romeo gave me $1000.00 more that Prestige had offered. Definitely recommend and will definitely return. More

There was none of that just pleasant and honest people all round, they kept their word. They gave me a great price and fair offer on my trade in. I left with the vehicle the same day. Sneaky and underhanded. Dishonest and manipulative. I went in for a car. There was the allusion of them being helpful. Then they took my car keys of a car I own and Dishonest and manipulative. When I notice and want to leave, they held my keys and talked in a private office. I had to ask repeatedly for my keys. Then I get to my car to finally leave after my privacy was violated, and my seats are all altered and my purse is moved. Horrible business. If they do this, imagine who they get over on you in your deals! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. However, because of their horrible business, I found an identical car for thousands less and a better interest rate as well! WIN WIN! More
