Superior Customer Service Most dealerships will say that they will work hard to put you into a new car, however I have not always found that to be the case. I have leased or purchased 5 cars through Kingston Nissan and each time they have done everything possible to earn my business & put me or a family member into a great vehicle. I don't know how they do it, but they always seem to be able to do what others cannot and provide the best customer service along the way. I cannot say enough about Rich Gaillard, Tom Gordon, & our sales associate Gary Pugliese. For a great car buying experience I recommend Kingston Nissan above all others. More

careless On August 18, my husband and I went to Kingston Nissan as we were interested in the Leaf. There were several incentives including a $10,000 rebate fro On August 18, my husband and I went to Kingston Nissan as we were interested in the Leaf. There were several incentives including a $10,000 rebate from Central Hudson, a $1,700 NYS Drive Clean Rebate, as well as an enticing $7,500 Federal Tax Credit. Sounds nice, right?? We test drove the Leaf and really liked it, not loved, but liked. We spoke with the saleswoman and discussed that I would only be using it only to go to and from work, which is only 27 miles total per day. We tried getting more information regarding the $7,500 tax credit, but NOBODY AT NISSAN knows how it works, and suggested we talk to our accountant (which we do not have). We decided we would figure it out on our own. Financing was even a nightmare. DO YOUR FINANCE HOMEWORK BEFORE GOING HERE!! The finance guy didn’t explore all options, told us the rate would be 4.9% and suggested that after a year we look around and refinance if we could find a better rate. I called my bank who offered me a lower percentage, but when Nissan found out I was already trying to find a lower rate, they went back to see if they could find an even lower one…which they should have done in the first place! 5 AND A HALF HOURS LATER, we drove away with our new car. Now, earlier this week, NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR, I hear an ad on the radio for their amazing lease offer on new Leaf’s. No money down except tax and tags, $136/month, 0% financing and after 3 years, the buyout is only $8,700. This pissed me off to no end because the SALESWOMAN DID NOT EVEN MENTION THIS OFFER TO ME. Yes, the lease for $136/month 0% financing is on the website, but nowhere does it mention an $8,700 buyout. At this point I felt like I just lost out on a xxxx ton of money. I couldn't have cared less about the incentives. My husband traded in his car, which they offered $6k for AND I put down $1k. Someone who is going to go lease the same car I bought for $22k, is going to only pay approximately $16,500 TOTAL!! I felt this was a HUGE disservice, because the saleswoman knew I was using it as a commuter car, but never explained how the lease would work. Because of this, I am losing literally THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DUE TO THEIR CARELESSNESS!!! My husband got in touch with Pete Burnett, the General Sales Manager, because we both felt that since this was Nissan’s fault, they should right this wrong somehow. He tried to tell us that with the $7,500 Tax Credit, buying and leasing will balance out at the end. What he DIDN’T know is how the rebate works of course. Basically if you owe on your taxes, the credit will make up the different, but if you never owe, it’s worthless. That’s right, WORTHLESS. He claimed he does not give tax advice, but not before he suggest I BORROW AGAINST MY 401K SO I WILL END UP OWING TAXES AT THE END OF THE YEAR AND THE CREDIT WILL MAKE UP FOR IT!!! Honestly, who the xxxx suggests someone borrow against their 401k so they would end up owing at the end of the year just to get a tax credit. But that’s right, he doesn’t give tax advice. Pete told my husband he would be able to give us a great deal on an Altima because if he sells a few more that Kingston Nissan would be getting a huge check from Corporate because they have been selling so many. He also said that he could try and get us into a Sentra at a good price. To make a long story short, he came back with AWFUL deals in which every scenario I would be losing even more money than I already did. All in all I will NEVER buy another Nissan from this place as they clearly are not willing to right their wrongs and obviously don’t care about their customers. More

I had purchased from this dealership many years ago and had an OK experience, but the new management and the very helpful staff made this a 10 out of 10. Rob Rolleri is savvy and a big plus for anyone seriously considering an EV. This is the go-to salesperson. Pat in finance is also very helpful no high pressure nonsense. The dealership went to the top of my list. More
