I started talking to Kingston Nissan from the web early in the week. I had seen their signs about no hassle car ownership and as someone with less than perfect credit history, I knew getting a new car was in the week. My credit tanked when I took a job in NY and my income was slashed by more than $10,000 a year but all of my expenses shot up. For obvious reasons, juggling my credit became a problem and I took a few dings to my credit score. Instead of treating me like a FICO score, Robert treated me like a person needing a new car. Robert and the business manager not only got me the car I wanted, at a good price, but also worked with me to get the thing financed. When all was said and done, I had a car payment that was realistic and a great new car. I can honestly say that it was refreshing to deal with people who looked beyond credit company logarithms that no one can really explain. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with Kingston Nissan and would highly recommend me them to anyone with less than stellar credit who is looking for a new car. If you happen to have stellar credit, they're good for those people too! More

They overcharge for services they don't perform or parts they don't put on, while they make you wait with other irrate customers. They pointed out to me that the parts hadn't been put on my car, that I was charged for at kingston nissan. I went back to complain,and Anthony was obnoxious. I waited 45 minutes while they put the part in. The mechanic brought me to show me the part had been put in, and I told him it doesn't look like the part in the picture I took the day before(which was rusty and corroded). If you bring your car here for service, make sure you have it checked to see if they really performed the service or replaced the part. This place is the biggest scam and gives nissan a horrible name!!!!!!!!!! More

Very Satisfied Customer!! I went to Kingston Nissan with little hope due to the fact that I've had bad luck with dealers in the past. But this time, I was pleasantly surprised. After making the appointment with Steven Pinto, I went there and right away I was helped and Steven came to greet us. We then went to meet with the finance manager, Richard Greenstein. Both Steven and Richard were very personable and friendly. The whole financing experience can be very intimidating, but Richard made the experience painless. He was able to get me the financing that I needed after hearing 'no' from other dealers, and I am now able to rebuild my credit. The entire atmosphere of Kingston Nissan was very comfortable and I am definitely going to be using them in the future. They did not pressure me at all and they were very respectful. I would recommend Kingston Nissan to anybody looking for a new vehicle, and Steven and Richard are the reason why! AND - Kingston Nissan calls you family after your purchase for good reason....they have free oil changes for the life of owning the car!!! I will DEFINITELY be using them for servicing as well, even though I live an hour and a half away, it will be worth it....
