Got the used car salesman who became defensive and sarcastic if asked any questions he didn't like. Looking at a $37K Nissan CPO vehicle, ready to do a cash deal. (1) No, the Carfax should have more recent data than from nearly a year ago. (2) No, your dealership did not spend $1,800 for mounting used tires, oil change, air filter, alignment, front brake rotors and resurfacing rear brake rotors. It was done by your own service dept, at internal cost. (3) No, your answer "we can't dry the car off" when I ask that it be pulled inside from the rain, did not make sense - unless you want to hide the true paint condition on the car. (4) No, an alloy rim on a $37K CPO car that looks like someone took an angle grinder to it should be replaced, not repaired. (5) No, the other car I was interested in that you stated "sorry, just sold" - your dealership confirmed the very next day - still available, and now a week later...still available. One lie after another. My mistake: Not leaving immediately. First and last experience with Kingston Nissan - but thanks for checking off all the boxes on how awful customer service can be. More
