Bait and Switch on pricing, then blamed it on a glitch. Initially reached out to Laura to get pricing on their e-Golf. Pricing wasn't where I wanted to be so I moved on. This week, I received an email from Initially reached out to Laura to get pricing on their e-Golf. Pricing wasn't where I wanted to be so I moved on. This week, I received an email from Laura stating, "I wanted to let you know that we have just lowered our prices, including your vehicle of interest." I went on their site and sure enough, saw the price of the e-Golf I was interested in did indeed dropped significantly so I emailed her that same night and followed up with a call the next morning, not wanted to miss out on this deal. That same morning, I checked back online and shockingly, the price I saw the night before not only disappeared, it was HIGHER than the pricing I initially received last week. I spoke on the phone with both Laura and her Sales Manager, Chris, who said they would look into it and said they would call me back within 30 minutes. Didn't hear back the whole day, and tried calling and emailing back that night, only to receive an email reply the next morning with them stating it was a "glitch" in their system. To be honest, I am not sure what to believe, but nevertheless, I am very disappointed with the way this situation was handled, along with the lack of response, especially when I was informed I would receive an immediate follow up. More

I was offered a fair amount for my trade-in, I was given a reasonable time to consider my purchase, and I felt very comfortable when making my decision to buy my car.
