Immediately asking me if I had an appointment or how she could help me. I had told her I wanted to value my current car for a trade. She stuck out her hand to shake mine and said "hi I'm Tammy, I can help you" and from then on I knew I was in good hands. She was absolutely awesome and so helpful. My mom came with me to help me with my decisions and put in her input. Tammy couldn't have been nicer or more personable to both of us. I would recommend her as your salesperson any day. Flawless purchase from 230mi away! I am so pleased with the customer service I received! Johnny went above and beyond to get the deal done! We traded in a car for a much larger 3rd row I am so pleased with the customer service I received! Johnny went above and beyond to get the deal done! We traded in a car for a much larger 3rd row SUV. the communication was excellent, everything was done over the phone. From pictures of our car to estimate the trade in value to them working with the banks to get us where we wanted to be for our monthly payment. When we walked in we were greeted nicely and offered refreshments. Once we took a closer look at the vehicle and had a quick test drive all that was left to do was sign the papers. Everything was done so quick and efficiently. Even my husband was shocked at how smooth everything went! It's hard committing to a dealership and a vehicle from 230miles away, but It could not have possibly gone better! More
