This is my second VW but my very first time buying my own car (my first Tiguan was a hand me down). I frankly was not looking forward to dealing with a "car salesman" who I assumed would not listen to what I car (my first Tiguan was a hand me down). My first Tiguan came from this dealership, but I started my search elsewhere as this location is not the closest to my home. I had such disappointing experiences elsewhere that I drove 3 hours to Kingston to find Johnny. From the moment we walked in, he took us under his wing and made the entire experience top notch. He is absolutely extraordinary at what he does. He listens to everything you say, finds you a great car at a great deal, and makes you laugh (a lot!) while doing it. You never feel as if he is trying to "sell" you something; you feel like he is working alongside of you with your best interest in mind. He takes care of everything, down to the smallest detail, and answers every single last question before you even know to ask it. He is efficient and makes the entire process seamless and simple. I truly cannot say enough fantastic things about Johnny. He is first class and in a league of his own. I cannot recommend him enough. Don't walk to find him, run! More
