So finally got my car a bit after 3:15 pm with a sorry for taking so long.Beside the awful waiting area a sales man by Adam kept coming into the waiting area asking customers what kind of car are they having serviced and what's your monthly payments telling them what if I can cut your payments by a hundred dollars and get you into a newer car! Really this is Great Service never again will I go there. More

Never a bad experience at Thomas Toyota of Joliet I bought my first car at age 18 from Thomas Toyota and I have been treated more than good every time I have came (now 23) . Terrible Service From Their Service Dept. I needed to have my new 2017 Corola aligned because the steering wheel was off center. After Thomas Toyota's service department aligned the car, the s I needed to have my new 2017 Corola aligned because the steering wheel was off center. After Thomas Toyota's service department aligned the car, the steering wheel was still off center. The service advisor was unable to answer any of my questions and did not give me any paperwork. I took my 2017 Corolla to another Toyota dealership where they fixed the alignment without a problem. They SHADY part about the repair that Thomas Toyota did was that there was NO SERVICE RECORD in Toyota's data base. I will be servicing my new Toyota at a different dealership. They lost a customer for life! More
