Bad buy corrected with new trade I purchased a Buick Encore and it was having manufacture issues from day one. While waiting for my husband to pick me up from yet another repair, a ki I purchased a Buick Encore and it was having manufacture issues from day one. While waiting for my husband to pick me up from yet another repair, a kind worker asked me if I would like to look around. He as well as others explained how trading in worked. They filled the gas and detailed the car before I left. They made sure I didnt feel duped over the bad car trade in.I am very happy with the experience.
