On the third It took 3 visits to finally get my Chevy Equinox fixed. Twice they gave me a "free" rental car because, overall, I spent $2654 with them. On the third try, I looked closely at the bill and saw that they charge me $60 for the rental car. When I questioned the inept service employee, he stuttered and said that they took the $60 off of the original estimate. Liar. Right there, in print, it shows that they add it to the bill. On the third try, they said that the cost would be $700. It was $840. Josh said that he gave the new estimate to my boyfriend, who approved it. That never happened. I spoke to Dave, the service manager, because I got nowhere with Josh, and he acted completely exasperated with me. He was short with me and rude. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN. They are incompetent, rude and they down right lied to my face. More

The paper work to have my tags transferred from my trade was sent to my county tag office 4 days before the temp tag they gave me (30 day tag) was set to expire. I went 4-5 days without being able to drive it. They also did not forward the insurance info to my finance company so my finance company showed no insurance on the car. One let down after another. Now the change oil light came on. The sticker on the window says 75000 but I only have 71500 which questions whether the oil was ever changed. In addition to my oil light, the check engine light is on with a p0128 code. Another Dodge dealership told me the code was present even before they sold me the car and the print out I have shows this fact. I spoke to the service manager who was less than professional about the whole thing. Bottom line is, this dealership is NOT recommended. Spend your hard earned money with someone else. More

I bought a used 2010 Ford Ranger from the Ron Anderson dealership on 08/19/2013. When purchased the odometer reading was 52,745. I paid $11,880.00 for this vehicle, and I did not purchase an extended wa dealership on 08/19/2013. When purchased the odometer reading was 52,745. I paid $11,880.00 for this vehicle, and I did not purchase an extended warranty. In November I brought the truck into Anderson, because it was spraying fluid on to the hood..and the check engine light activated. They determined it was a power steering issue and addressed it as such. After the issue was taken care of, they still could not get the check engine light to go off. Eventually they did get it to go off, and I took possession of the truck 4 days later. They did allow me use of a rental car for a day or two, at their expense. In late January, I again brought the truck to Anderson because of the same fluid spraying issue. Dave, the Service Manager, instructed one of his employees to check the oil..and he did. It was discovered that the truck was 3 quarts low on oil. The next day I took the truck to another repair shop, and they determined that the truck had ring blow by..and would need a new engine. At this time the truck had 60,218 miles on the engine. So I drove the truck for less than 6 months, put less than 8,000 miles in travel on it..and it needed a new engine! I spoke briefly via conference call to Alissa (General Manager), Reese (Used Car Manager), Dave (Service Manager) and the only one who had anything to say was Alissa. Her Stance was that I should have purchased an extended warranty, and shes probably right. However, in my view they refused to take responsibility for a vehicle sold from their lot. After about a 15 minute discussion Alissa said that they would not offer me assistance for my troubles. The next day I received a voicemail message from Dave, saying he had some information on my truck. I called back, and instead once again spoke to Alissa. I explained to her that I traded the truck in for another, at a different dealership...after a brief discussion, Alissa said she would see what she could do to make amends of the matter. She said she would call me back either way. I never heard back from her, and that was 2 weeks ago. In summation..I would use caution in my dealings here. I felt that I was hung out to dry on this matter. More
