problem When I got there, with an appointment, I was told it would take about an hour. I said I would walk to Walmart & need someone to pick me up (I would ha When I got there, with an appointment, I was told it would take about an hour. After almost an hour and a half, I called & he said someone would be right over. After 15 more minutes, no one had come and a friend offered me a ride. As I was getting in the car, John called & said the person would come soon & call me when he got there. I told him I had a ride, so tell them not to come. When I got to dealership, my car was outside & John said it had been done for a long time. I was not happy, as I had houseguest coming that day & had expressed my desire to get in and out. Half hour later, almost home. person called to tell me they were at Walmart looking for me. Simply put, John dropped the ball. I have always had good service in the past. Would not let me submit without saying yes or no - I would recommend with this feedback. More
