Unexpected purchase I had been searching online for awhile and just happened to stop by Ron Bouchards to see what they had not really thinking I'd decide that day. I ende I had been searching online for awhile and just happened to stop by Ron Bouchards to see what they had not really thinking I'd decide that day. I ended up buying a Chrysler 200 , nice used car at a good price, and the sales girl was very helpful and pleasant. The whole process happened pretty quick. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car to visit Ron Bouchards and ask for Scarlett White. More

Best Dealership experience around! I shopped for about a month at other dealers before I ended up at Ron Bouchard's. I knew what I wanted and what I could afford. Bill Hunter and Scarle I shopped for about a month at other dealers before I ended up at Ron Bouchard's. I knew what I wanted and what I could afford. Bill Hunter and Scarlett White are the best! No pressure, very helpful and they made it happen with absolutely no stress! I had my 1 1/2 year old grandson with me and they were very helpful. Scarlett was nice enough to set up her laptop for him to watch cartoons while we were there to keep him happy! Got the Truck, got the right payments, and we left happy! Thank you for everything! More

She was extremely helpful and gave me some preliminary information to help me I walked into Ron Bouchard's Dodge in Fitchburg and met Ashley McCool. She was extremely helpful and gave me some preliminary information to help me with a specific truck I was looking at. After going around to several other dealers, I came back to Ron Bouchard's Dodge and Ashley and purchased the Truck. I received the deal I was looking for and truck I wanted. I have been a customer of Ron Bouchard's for over 10 years. They have the best people, the best inventory and the best deals. Future purchase of Ram City van Came to Ron Bouchard's to test drive and seek info on a future purchase. I contacted Mike Ciccolini on Facebook and scheduled a visit.We were right on Came to Ron Bouchard's to test drive and seek info on a future purchase. I contacted Mike Ciccolini on Facebook and scheduled a visit.We were right on time and found Mr.Ciccolini waiting for us. He had a vehicle waiting for us to test drive and said take your time and get a good feel for the vehicle. We took the Ram City for a test drive and found it to be the better of the three vehicles that we test drove. Great Job! Both online and in person. I was in the market for a Ram 1500. I contacted the dealership online and received a great price and great service from Kendra. She was quick to res I was in the market for a Ram 1500. I contacted the dealership online and received a great price and great service from Kendra. She was quick to respond with all information requested. She helped me to set up a test drive and put in in contact with Mike. I was met by Mike at the door to dealership and they had the truck I was looking at waiting for me out front. Mike and I sat in the truck and he reviewed all of its features. We then took a test drive. Back at the dealership after the test drive we sat down and made a deal. I picked my new truck up the next day. Mike again reviewed the features of the truck, made sure I was comfortable with them and helped me hook my phone to the Bluetooth system. He then introduced me to the service department and wished me luck with my new truck before I left the dealership. I also received a congratulations email from Kendra. Being a business owner I have bought many cars and trucks and the team I worked with made this purchase easy and painless. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car, suv or truck. Great price with great customer service. More
