Positive Experience I stopped in and told Jermane Stephinger, a salesman, what I was looking for in a used pickup truck, and left. As it turned out, I was definitely interested in the truck, We settled on the price after an exchange of offers and counteroffers. Jermane and some others processed the paper work, and I drove off with the truck that afternoon. I had a meeting to go to and had to be out of there by 4 PM. They made if with seven minutes to spare. I found Jermane a real gentleman and very helpful throughout the entire process. To be honest, I didn't expect the friendly and positive treatment I received. It was refreshing. More
