My yellow car I found my car on line (a yellow Fit!) and went to this dealership even though it is a distance from my house. I just happened to get Lawrence as my salesperson. I decided quickly to move forward but paperwork took a lot of time. Lawrence was warm and personable and understanding when I got cranky. He followed up by text as I waited for the car to be ready and kept changing when I was going to come. Again, he was very patient and responsive (even on his day off). it was kinda like texting my daughter (who happens to be his age). It felt much better buying a car from someone I liked! More

Recent repair exemplifies terrific service I just had a heater core problem repaired at The Honda Store in Lanchaster and want to commend the people involved at Honda for there wonderful servic I just had a heater core problem repaired at The Honda Store in Lanchaster and want to commend the people involved at Honda for there wonderful service and their "above and beyond" attitude. Apparently there was a known issue with this model's heater core but it was not at the recall level that would warrant a free repair. I had the option of paying for a flushing of the core or being content with some uneven heating in my SUV. Not tragic but manageable. After I discussed with my service rep Seth my concerns about the repair cost before leaving the dealership, Seth must have followed up my concerns with Jamie the Service Manager as soon as I left. Within minutes of arriving home, I received a telephone call from Seth telling me that his dealership will complete the repair with just a nominal cost to me. So, they absorbed almost the entire cost themselves. This is my 4th year of interactions with the Honda Store since I bought the vehicle and I have never had a bad experience in all that time. Everyone has consistently been courteous, willing to listen and extremely helpful. All repair work has been done correctly the first time and there is never been a "surprise" cost along the way. The service folks all seem to be very knowledgeable and represent the dealership to the highest degree possible. My thanks to Seth and Jamie for making this situation a win/win for all. Again, above and beyond expectations. More

I would recommend The Honda Store Carlos ensured me that The Honda Store could beat the price of the competitors. And sure enough, I shopped at Boch and Bernardi, and Carlos came in be Carlos ensured me that The Honda Store could beat the price of the competitors. And sure enough, I shopped at Boch and Bernardi, and Carlos came in below those prices. The process was much quicker than my previous experiences buying new cars. The Lancaster location is not too far from my work, but very far from my home. Carlos was aware of this and was sensitive when I said I really needed to get back to work. I appreciated this - we quickly went through the specs of the car, and agreed to a fair price. The other administrative tasks (registration, insurance, etc..) were handled quickly so I was out the door with the new car soon after getting the check from the bank. I didn't finance with them, and that was no problem. I hear that other places really try and push you to finance at the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and I’d send them to Carlos. Job well done! More

Wow the Service Staff is Exceptional! Today 12/20/16 at 3 pm I haD a tire blow out on route 2 one exit ahead of the Ron Bouchards Honda Store. I must say the service is exceptional. Seth Teague, my normal service technician had Jamie the service manager and Jimmy in service come out to route 2 to changes the tire to the donut and made sure I got to the Honda dealer. I say more than expectional...Superior...My huband owns a CRV also and My daughter bought a Nissan Rogue on the the Bouchard Honda .. I don't think I will go elsewhere.
