Gary has been very helpful AFTER the sale and delivery of my Silverado. I went by the dealership again and he re-explained some of the functions that I was 'fuzzy' on. Three months ago we purchased a Chevy cruze from Chris Pace. We are seniors and have dealt with many car dealers over the years. Recently, GM advised us that the cruze was no longer towable four wheels down. This was the reason we chose the Cruze to begin with. Needless to say, we were very unhappy with GM. We went to Chris who put us in touch with an owner of the dealership, Allen Hall. They worked with GM and with a good deal of effort on their part and my wife's part, a fair arrangement was made to get us in a vehicle that could be towed. Tony was great & easy to work with. He kept all his promises. Finanacing was not a problem. He found me the vehicle I was looking for. The only negatives I can think of is I would have thought there would have been a loyalty program discount for previous buyers, and there wasn't. I was told I would get between $7,000. - $8,0000. for my trade in and was given $6,000. They lost my laminated door lock codes for my wallet, And the entire bed of the new truck was scratched all up, and I didn't see that until I got home and in the sun the next day.
