My salesman ~Nabeel~ had great customer service UNTIL his manager suggested to recommend a vehicle to us that was double our price range. Initially, we did not know the price of the vehicle, but was told by manager suggested to recommend a vehicle to us that was double our price range. Initially, we did not know the price of the vehicle, but was told by Nabeel that he thought they would make a great offer on the vehicle because it was a 25 model & they were ready to get it off the lot. We test drove the vehicle then waited on the deal to be presented to us. We definitely did not appreciate the approach as well as them wasting our time, so we wanted to be done with continuing any business with them. They would not bring our current vehicle back up front, then a manager walked by and took over the deal as he overheard our frustration. Nabeel lost all customer service, his entire persona changed. After financing was complete, I was sent to walk out in the rain, back to Nabeel with only verbal directions. After giving my license plate to Nabeel, he installed it, then left me in the rain alone to transfer all my belongings from my previous car to my new vehicle. Michael also worked with our deal, he had great customer service, but unfortunately was not the lead on our deal. I was a previous customer and was pleased to return to Ron Carter, but after this experience I will most likely look into another direction next time. More

I am beyond disgusted with the service department here. They advertise “Free Oil Changes for Veterans every Friday, “ but this is a blatant bait-and- switch operation. I previously received a free oil cha They advertise “Free Oil Changes for Veterans every Friday, “ but this is a blatant bait-and- switch operation. I previously received a free oil change here without issues, but this time, a new service tech refused to honor it, claiming it “doesn’t apply to SRT and Hellcat models.” Nowhere in their banner, or in the mail-in coupon I brought, does it exclude SRT/Hellcat models. I tried to use a coupon for $59.95, and again, I was told it doesn’t apply to high-performance models. They lure you in and then hold your car hostage, paid $160 for my oil chane. To make matters worse, I was never given my second key during my new vehicle purchase. Every single staff member I worked with to get that second key no longer works at this dealership, leaving me out of luck and forced to pay out of pocket to replace it. False advertising, very poor customer service, and an inability to honor commitments. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, RAN AWAY, and definitely DO NOT USE their service department. If I could give the ZERO stars, I would! More
