If you ever plan on working here, do not. In the two months I was there: I never got a name tag I was told uniforms would be free upon hiring, they tried making me pay for them (after work In the two months I was there: I never got a name tag I was told uniforms would be free upon hiring, they tried making me pay for them (after working there 9 weeks with no uniforms) My name and advisor number had changed 3 times. When servicing vehicles, sometimes they were under a different name, and I could never find my cars. One of the names was an employee who had committed suicide, and they never took him out of the system. Mr Lewis, the owner, never acknowledged me, never said hello. I attempted a connection multiple times. The management is all over the place. Positions were invented and removed during the 10 weeks I had worked there, and none of the techs or advisors had time to adapt to the changes before more changes were made again. I worked more hours than expected upon hiring. The construction made it near impossible to make a phone call, or get through a training video. It hurt our surveys, which is all the management cares about. There is absolutely no accountability in the management. Any issue would always get pushed onto the lowest tier of employee. This seems like a failing dealership. They had just closed down their last non-Chrysler store, now only 3 stores remain, all being Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep. The service is horrendous, and I honestly can’t believe the reviews. The amount of cars that we “just couldn’t fix” after customers have returned multiple times paying multiple thousands of dollars each time was unbelievable. I have never seen a dealership with more “comebacks” and for the two months I worked there I had probably noticed 5-10 customers constantly returning with their issue unresolved. Thousands of dollars in the hole and their car still won’t get them home from the dealership. Multiple rental cars, since you can’t get a loaner from Ron Lewis. You can, but you’d have to wait about 3-4 weeks. The service department is a big failure, in my opinion, due to the lack of organization and accountability. The two managers don’t communicate and don’t know what’s even going on half the time. One day, there could be a whole new position, or I could be under a completely different name. Just to have it last a week and have everything change again. I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at Ron Lewis. More

Once again Ron Lewis of Cranberry performed outstandingly. Kate is awesome she worked my service and worked to keep my time at the dealer short. She even had my Ram 2500 washed. What normally w outstandingly. Kate is awesome she worked my service and worked to keep my time at the dealer short. She even had my Ram 2500 washed. What normally would have me picking up the next day Kate made happen in 2 hours saving me a return trip. What a fantastic team! More
Mark Ghobryal is the best Car Sales Associate on this earth period. My wife and I did our first lease in 2017 at a Ford dealership in South Hills. The experience was terrible. We were hesitant to ev earth period. My wife and I did our first lease in 2017 at a Ford dealership in South Hills. The experience was terrible. We were hesitant to ever lease a car again because it was such a bad experience. In 2020, we drove up to Ron Lewis Jeep in Cranberry were we met Mark Ghobryal, who we now refer to as "304 Mark". We had no doubt that we found the perfect person to help us with our next car (we just completed our 2nd lease with Mark). You have to meet Mark. He's not like any other car sales person. He's actually honest, extremely personable, incredibly positive, not grimey, and just all around a one of a kind person. Let's face it, most of us hate the car buying process. Mark makes the car buying/leasing experience a 10/10. One day I hope they make him President of Ron Jeep Lewis, heck I'd even vote for him for President of the U.S. Long story short, if you want the best car buying/leasing experience ever, find Mark Ghobryal. Thanks again for everything Mark, the new Jeep is incredible and we greatly appreciate you!! (Ron Lewis: If you are reading this, you have one of the best employees ever. Make sure you take good care of him) Thanks again, Brian and Jamie More
I would not recommend Ron Lewis Jeep in Cranberry. The buying experience was wonderful with Christy. But when I had an emergency and my Renegade would not shut off, I called Nick from the service de The buying experience was wonderful with Christy. But when I had an emergency and my Renegade would not shut off, I called Nick from the service department. He was not able to help me and said he would do some research and call me back, which he never did. I called him and left 2 desperate messages and I still never heard from him. This is very poor customer service. I felt he didn't want to be bothered with a frantic old lady. More
The sales is great ! No problems there but the mechanics and manager of the mechanics are lousy ! They put in the wrong part and when my husband decided to confront them No problems there but the mechanics and manager of the mechanics are lousy ! They put in the wrong part and when my husband decided to confront them on it this giant man decided it best to try to degrade my husband and treated him like he was a child . We spent a boatload of money on this vehicle and we only had it in for a recall . It was nothing but disrespect that he received from everyone that he dealt with in the repair area . Bc of this we will now find another Jeep dealer to do our repairs . We may still buy cars from there bc our salesman was fantastic but as for repairs … NOPE. More
Took my truck in for recall work, they broke a part (they covered) but I was out a vehicle for 3 days over $120 in Uber fees to get to work, then they broke another part & refused to pay for it & I'm now out covered) but I was out a vehicle for 3 days over $120 in Uber fees to get to work, then they broke another part & refused to pay for it & I'm now out almost $250. I was told fine then get it towed out of here & have it fixed somewhere else. I am furious & will never go there again! This is no way to run a business or treat a customer 🤬 More
