My Jeep was making a squealing sound and developed a burning smell. I didn't want to drive it any more than necessary until it was checked out. I live closer to Monroeville than Cranberry so I went there. The Jeep needed a new water pump. The service man was supposed to call me to schedule an appointment to have the work done. He never called me back. I called the Ron Lewis Service Department and explained the situation. They promptly scheduled an appointment and arranged for a loaner vehicle. Ron Lewis has an exemplary team that provide outstanding sales and service. More
