Lionell kept me up to date and answered all of my questions throughout the wait, even helping me order some dealer accessories. When it finally arrived, the closing process was painless and pleasant. Some confusion over the availability of rebates was handled to my satisfaction in a very professional manner by both Lionell and the Sales Manager. Review I was extremely dissatisfied with the finance manager. He was rude, arrogant and extreme disrespectful. When I walked in his office, I made a comment to my husband, ladies first and he stated what's that and had rude comments to make regarding his views. This man needs sent to a respect and customer service orientation. He is the most arrogant person I have ever met. Also when I asked to look at the finance papers he said no these are my papers not your papers. I proceeded to say well I will be the one who is making the payments and I would like to look at that first, he said the car is mine not yours and that was the car I was suppose to drive home tonight. I then said if you want the car then you can make the payments, he said I have a lot of car payments and I don't need another so we will do the papers in my order. I hope hope someone attends to this mans attitude and disrespect. On a good note we absolutely loved Jobi, he was extremely respectful and trustworthy and that was the reason we bought the car at your dealership. Everyone at your dealership, beside the finance manager was very professional and kind to us. It is a shame that one person can cause such disdain to your reputation. More
