My husband and I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee L from the Ron Lewis in Cranberry TWP, PA location. We had a great experience as first time buyers from this dealer (second time Jeep buyers). Len Sa from the Ron Lewis in Cranberry TWP, PA location. We had a great experience as first time buyers from this dealer (second time Jeep buyers). Len Sabo was very friendly and responsive but wasn't pushy or aggressive. The buying process was smooth and straight forward. No harassing phone calls along the way. We'd buy from this dealer and Len again. Great overall experience. More

Built my own 2020 scat pack. By the time it got here someone at ron lewis drove my car and put 10 miles on it. Not to mention. The ding in the back bumper and the paint default in front. I asked when I someone at ron lewis drove my car and put 10 miles on it. Not to mention. The ding in the back bumper and the paint default in front. I asked when I built the car to leave all stickers on. Everything was taken off. Went inside to talk numbers. I was never brought back into a room I disclosed my information on the break room floor with other customers to hear. The very unprofessional sales manager came out with a attitude because I wasn't paying full sticker for this car. Long story short he told me if I don't want the car then walk. So I did. As he walked away my husband looked at me and made a comment. He turned around told us to get out and to never come back and he will sent my deposit through the mail. This is labor day weekend. A week later the GM called my husband's phone asking why this car was in maintenance. We explained the situation and was told we was thrown out and not to come back. So I sat on it and decided I'll buy the car through the general manager. I call back and now this "brand new" car has over 450 miles on it! So I definitely don't want this car. Now it's October 17th and my money still is NOT in my mailbox. So I have a deposit down and I NEVER authorized ANYONE to drive my car off that lot. And now I have no other option to take this to the next step. BBB has been contacted and I will not stop till i get my deposit back for a car that was never brand new!. This car was taken away from me since day 1. Never in my life have I ever dealt with something like this. -ANGRY WIFE. More
I brought the jeep in for a check engine light and for a hot temperature gauge issue. I was charged for a diagnostic fee and was then told that the car just needed a software update. $200 Charge. The hot temperature gauge issue. I was charged for a diagnostic fee and was then told that the car just needed a software update. $200 Charge. The next day, I noticed antifreeze on the ground, and called the dealership to tell them about the problem. ??considering the issues I described, They never checked the radiator??? I talked to the service advisor, no assistance ; then I talked to the service Manager, Matt. He told me he will try to get me a loaner vehicle so they could look at the Jeep again. Never heard back from Matt, despite leaving 3 more messages. I lost today, plus the original day of my appointment, plus $200 and I still have the car issue! Never even returned any calls! Customer service, professionalism and integrity are non existent at Ron Lewis service department. More
