Julia in service was great ! communicated the repair status and worked out warranty repairs with my carrier and had my follow up prescheduled. My 2017 ram truck was in to repair some minor rust on the front edge of those hood. It had been spotted bubbling up just a little bit under the paint surface. After the dealership customer service agent revi front edge of those hood. It had been spotted bubbling up just a little bit under the paint surface. After the dealership customer service agent reviewed it they told me that they would contact the manufacture. About two weeks later they got back to me and indicated that the manufacture would take care of it as a warranty repair. They had the truck for about three days, They did a fabulous refinishing job. The vehicle was returned on time, and was spotless. Many thanks! More
