I called to bring my Wrangler in for 2 recalls. They "ordered" the parts after confirming the Vin and would call me when they arrived. 2 weeks later I get a call saying one of the parts requires the mileage for them to order it. It took 2 weeks to figure this out? So, I call and am transferred to Scott's voicemail. I leave a message for him to return the call to give them the mileage and make sure nothing else is needed. 4 more calls go unanswered. I even spoke to the front reception and explain to her what is going on. She says she will give him a message directly. I have yet to hear from them and my Jeep still needs a clockspring.
