A great all around experience! In my search for a newer car, Ron Marhofer was my 5th dealership I visited. I never felt pressured to talk to a salesperson or a manager here. We were In my search for a newer car, Ron Marhofer was my 5th dealership I visited. I never felt pressured to talk to a salesperson or a manager here. We were in control of the flow. I was able to look on the lot in my own time, but I did have someone make sure I was good with being on my own. I appreciated that! These salespersons are not on commission and Alex, was great! He answered all of my questions, as well as inviting further questions. He knew we were there to test drive cars and that we were looking at any reputable brand. He knew we were not going to purchase a vehicle the day we shopped. I never got the feeling that he was pushy or trying to get rid of us. Over the next 5 days we were in contact with him & I finally got my Tucson! I love it! Even better, I love that I had a great experience! Thanks Alex & Ron Marhofer! More
