Strange when you call or receive call to make appointments that it seems like you are talking to someone off shore! Buying experience was great when I purchased the vehicle. Service department se appointments that it seems like you are talking to someone off shore! Buying experience was great when I purchased the vehicle. Service department seems to have different employees every visit. We usually wait when we have our care serviced, but over an hour for oil change and inspection seems a little long. I have an on-going intermittent electrical concern that needs addressed, seems like something that will need to be dropped off. Was told loaner cars are no longer available because Nissan changed their policy. Am I supposed to set there for hours are maybe several days??? Guess that may have me look someplace else for my next vehicle More

Service department experience was terrible. No communication, wrong diagnosis, wrong parts ordered. Truck wasn’t ready on time, always one more day. Went from $380 to $1297.
