I absolutely can not recommend having service done at Marhofer Nissan. Outrageously and unjustifiably over priced. Customer service in the service are very nice, welcoming, communicate well and respond timely. The accurately wrote what I expressed the problem to be. Service on the actual car from those in the garage area communicate well and respond timely. The accurately wrote what I expressed the problem to be. Service on the actual car from those in the garage area is lacking big time though. This is at least the third time something was not done or checked as needed and someone lied and said it was. They say they do checks that are clearly not done and just wrote down, which results in another appointment needed and people to waste time with what should have been done the first time. Thank goodness for Lucia and people out front or this would have been a 1. More
