I had been looking for a car for a long time, but since it was my first time purchasing a car it was a difficult process. When I initially searched for cars, I would shop for more expensive brands such as it was my first time purchasing a car it was a difficult process. When I initially searched for cars, I would shop for more expensive brands such as BMW, mercedes-benz, Audi, etc. I didn’t have a strong understanding of finance and I believe that was my main problem. When I first arrived at Ron Marhofer I was looking at a 2011 Benz thinking this car was perfect for me. Dave took the time to teach me more about finance and showed me smarter ways to go about getting a car. I ended up leaving with a 2017 Nissan Sentra and I couldn’t be happier. They take the time to make sure that you understand what you’re getting yourself in to, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service with friendly faces, makes you feel at home. More

My transmission blew in the middle of a 10hour drive from NJ to Indiana. Fortunately I discovered Ron Marhofer Nissan, as they were the closest Nissan dealership. Rob in service fast tracked my 2015 NJ to Indiana. Fortunately I discovered Ron Marhofer Nissan, as they were the closest Nissan dealership. Rob in service fast tracked my 2015 Nissan Altima into diagnostics where I learned of a $5000 problem. My transmission is done. Dave in sales comes swooping in, saves the day. Dave and his guys in finance were able to burry the negative equity I had in my previous vehicle into another vehicle. They just so happen to have a vehicle that worked out mathematically and aligned with my situation. My car payment went up a little bit but given my situation it was a huge win. Not to mention the vehicle I drove away with was an upgrade! I’m just really appreciative of the all hands on deck treatment I received at this dealership. Felt like everyone knew I was in a pickle, made me feel good about my predicament. I was in a new(ish) car in record time. Still can’t believe it. The 2017 Volvo S60 is exactly what I was looking for in my next vehicle. Thanks again to everyone that got me back on the road again.
