I am not satisfied with this dealership or my purchase. There were issues with the breaks during inspection. Needless to say the pulsation/vibration when stopping is still present and now have to take my car to a shop for work. I drop an hr and a half for this purchase and returning to the dealership is not an easy option. I also don’t trust the repairs after the dealership sent a document to show the work was done when in reality it was for completed work but an estimate for the work. The document was also completed 30 mins after I requested for proof of break repair. I don’t know if these men thought bc I am a female I didn’t have a clue about cars when in reality my family owns a repair/shop. The price for the car was fair but the customer service was horrible. The salesman was just a middle man and feel bad that he was caught in the middle of my bad experience. More

Dave was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough, explaining everything clearly without ever talking down to us or assuming we already knew it all. Mike, the finance manager, laid out all the details of our contract in an open and clear manner. An optional extended warranty was presented, but at no point did he pressure us into it, and the cost was transparent if you chose to purchase one. Overall, a smooth, honest experience.
