I am not satisfied with this dealership or my purchase. There were issues with the breaks during inspection. I asked for documentation to show the breaks were repaired and was never provided with sufficien There were issues with the breaks during inspection. I asked for documentation to show the breaks were repaired and was never provided with sufficient documentation but told the rotors were resurfaced. Needless to say the pulsation/vibration when stopping is still present and now have to take my car to a shop for work. I drop an hr and a half for this purchase and returning to the dealership is not an easy option. I also don’t trust the repairs after the dealership sent a document to show the work was done when in reality it was for completed work but an estimate for the work. The document was also completed 30 mins after I requested for proof of break repair. I don’t know if these men thought bc I am a female I didn’t have a clue about cars when in reality my family owns a repair/shop. The price for the car was fair but the customer service was horrible. The salesman was just a middle man and feel bad that he was caught in the middle of my bad experience. More
