This was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car! We had a price we agreed on over the phone. They brought the contract out and tried to sneak in a “ceramic coating” fee at the last minute that was n We had a price we agreed on over the phone. They brought the contract out and tried to sneak in a “ceramic coating” fee at the last minute that was never mentioned before. I never agreed to it, and they acted like it was mandatory. They gave me two choices, to pay $699 for three years or $999 for five years. I said this was not right and very unethical of what they were doing. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General‘s office. Super shady and dishonest. Don’t trust their prices until you see the final paperwork. More
I bought a car had no instructions on dash board. A day later I requested to trade for an upgrade and was denied. 2days later I traded it for an update at a different Nissan dealership.
