Great service I love the service at Tirapelli. I went to a different, local Ford dealership before and had HORRIBLE customer service. My last visit was for a manufa I love the service at Tirapelli. Without an issue, they transported me home while they worked on my car. They did call and suggest I purchase new tires and has a wrote available at the time of their call. All work was completed and they picked me up at home to bring me back to my car. Never an issue, hassle, eye roll, or attitude look he I received at the other dealership. Dishonest Very disappointed with sales experience. I made a late night purchase for an explorer. The sales team was very friendly bringing my guard down. I was told my lease would be paid off as an incentive for purchase. I believe the dealership closed before we even got into finance office. I didn’t think too much of the numbers even though a manager was brought in because they did not appear correct. He said everything was fine, I knew they were closed and, like me, I did not want to keep anybody from going home. They are now calling it a miscommunication, but the offer to payoff the vehicle is now an additional amount financed. Feel free to visit yelp review. You can see a representative from Ron T comment. Repair of a leaking tail light cover. I had an appointment to have the tail light cover replaced. When the car was finished, the service writer noticed that the other side was full of I had an appointment to have the tail light cover replaced. When the car was finished, the service writer noticed that the other side was full of condensation. She told me that I would be contacted to bring my car back for replacement of the other cover.
