This dealer will not honor their own “we owe” for products that our brand new vehicle was missing. The management is rude and just hangs up the phone when you catch them in a lie. They never call bac products that our brand new vehicle was missing. The management is rude and just hangs up the phone when you catch them in a lie. They never call back and at most times unreachable. I would not suggest this dealer to my worst enemy! Very upset with our last year of experiences here. Will not be back! More

They were able to get me in for service on short notice. I had to change my appointment at the last minute because I was going to be 30 minutes late. They did some work on my truck and when i picked it up, the truck had a loud tick. Ended up that the tech replaced sparkplug and never connected the spark plug wire on 2 cylinders the truck had a loud tick. Never have recall parts in stock The waiting time to change oil it’s an hour And after driving off from the spot, they parked my car went back to ask a question and I’ve noticed a big spots of oil on change oil it’s an hour And after driving off from the spot, they parked my car went back to ask a question and I’ve noticed a big spots of oil on the ground did let them know. They took my car back on the rack and told me that they didn’t clean up right after the oil change. I don’t believe that. It took them good 10 minutes to bring my car back Hope they did the oil change correctly. Now I am wondering if I didn’t have to go back and ask a question and didn’t see the spot of oil on the ground. Will my car be okay I did take some pictures just in case I have I don’t have to go through any further problems with my car The only reason I’m going to the dealer because I bought the car at the dealer and I wanna keep my warranty going. More
