Tried to make a simple tire rotation done. After waiting a hour ,found out ithe car was parked and it was going down take hours before they would get to it. A few moments later this sales representative was sent to relay a message to me that if I wanted to TEST DRIVE the Camaro on the show room floor I needed to make sure it’s the one I want and I would need a credit check!!! You just lost a sale. I should’ve known when he called me ‘Bud’ when I walked in. I’ve been buying brand new cars for 5 years newberg Dodge would drive them straight to me in Gresham. I have never been mistreated like this on a household name car lot. More

She shared the other services that L might need and that were available but was not pushy . Very professional and got the service done in a timely manor .
