The hassle to get an associate to help assist was unacceptable. They tried to calibrate my PCM Without even updating it first. Then wanted 200$ an hour to not give me the update due from back in 2006 unacceptable. They tried to calibrate my PCM Without even updating it first. Kyle is the worst customer service rep and I belive they had my car over a month just to update a PCM that was fully functional and just needed a new update installed via satilite. More
We had a great experience with Ryan. We came with a specific car in mind, and he was quick to greet us and show us to the car that we were wanting to look at. We have received unbelievably poor service from her. Our car has been here since May 12th. We had ongoing issues with it getting “fixed”, but picking it on and the service light still be on, even before Our car has been here since May 12th. We were renting by a car and Ron Tonkin said that we could bring in our rental, as they have an “agreement” with the rental company and they would give us a company car. We brought in our rental to Ron Tonkin on the 23rd (NINE days ago). We called Hertz about the car and they thought we still had it out on the 27th! We told them it was at Ron Tonkin waiting to get picked up, re: their agreement. We even called Ron Tonkin asking about this and they said an email had been sent. Just now 9 days after we returned the car to Ron Tonkin, I see I got a charge for an extension of the rental car (meaning, the company thinks it’s still out). I believe the rental car is still at Ron Tonkin NINE days later. This also has just been unbelievably bad service from the start. I encourage anyone not to purchase a car from here, because if you need service this is a terrible place to go to. More
