I usually dont find it very fun or exciting to spend thousands of dollars, even when its for a purchase that is a necessity. However, I had a great experience and Ron Tonkin Honda with sales rep Richar thousands of dollars, even when its for a purchase that is a necessity. However, I had a great experience and Ron Tonkin Honda with sales rep Richard. I called to set up an appointment to view a vehicle that was post on their website, and although it had finished in their service department through a presale inspection it had not yet been detailed and believe me you could tell. However, my time was short and the vehicle fit my needs. Richard was willing to set up a viewing that afternoon and we finished the sale same day. He bumped the car to the head of the line to be detailed and I was able to pick it up the next day. The detailing revealed a chip in the windshield that wasnt filled, and Richard got in touch with the service department to reach out to me to have it fixed so I could still leave the lot in time to pick up my kids on schedule. Great communication all around, Richard listened, answered questions and got in touch with the right people if ever there was a question he couldnt answer. No one was pushy when it came time to discuss final pricing and costs. Hopefully, I dont need to buy another car for years! But when I do, I'll check in with Ron Tonkin first. More
