Walking into a dealership as single woman not knowing anything about the car buying process or cars in general is intimidating. You rely heavily on the people selling to you to provide you the accurate information you need to make a well informed decision. When those people are strangers who need to sell you something to pay their own bills you often wonder if they have your best interest in mind. When I met William I had a very unique situation going on that made the car buying process pretty complicated and overwhelming. After meeting him the process was still complicated, but he made the overwhelming part subside. He took the time out of his own day to ensure that I found the right vehicle that was safe, reliable, affordable, and fit my needs. From my own experience I can confidently say that he will have your best interest in mind and go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need at the end of the day.
