The reason why I picked this dealership was based on my experience talking with Mike and David over the phone, before I even went in. When I did go in, my car was waiting for me, and everything went smoothly. I think we will continue to have a good relationship as I have my car serviced, etc. More

Easy Peasy I knew that I wanted a CR-V. I made an appointment for a test drive. I was met as soon as I entered the dealership by Erick and he took me right to th I knew that I wanted a CR-V. We found a the color I wanted and he answered all of the questions I had at the time. I got to drive the vehicle and Erick gave me some great information about the vehicle I was driving. When we got back to the dealership, Erick laid out the financial details in a way that was easy to understand. I had some questions and he found the answers quickly and we were able to make a deal. Jason was very friendly and made the process of signing paperwork quick and effortless. When I was done with the paperwork, my new, beautiful CR-V was presented to me completely detailed with a full tank of gas. Erick gave me a quick tutorial of all the techie things that were new to me and even helped me sync up my iPhone. All said and done, I spent 2 hours at the dealership. It was the most pleasant car buying experience. I recommend Ron Tonkin Honda and Erick Rodriguez to anyone in the market for a new Honda! More

Most specifically I wanted an Odyssey EX because it had the console between the 2 front seats, but realized my price needs were too low. Andrew did his research and came up with a way for me to get the console and put it into the LX, which was in my price range.
