I initiated contact with Ron Tonkin Honda yesterday. I inquired upon a vehicle that I had found on their website. The inquiry was to the availability of that vehicle, and the response was.....well....no I inquired upon a vehicle that I had found on their website. The inquiry was to the availability of that vehicle, and the response was.....well....not great! I requested for the process to proceed through email contact. Almost immediately I received a text, followed by a phone call within one minute. I specifically did not want communication through either of those means!!!! Very bad communication tactics!!! Finally an email was sent confirming availability of the vehicle, and a conversation began from there. I was sent to the internet sales department. Kylor was quite prompt in his response and quick video of the vehicle. Now that Salesperson must have been exceptionally busy, as I was Hounded to come in to the dealership in person. It was made apparent that no transaction or additional communication is possible before that happens. I was told in a final email, that person would get back to me as soon as they were "free". I write this review as I am finalizing paperwork, (in the dealership), only after we were able to come to terms via email, and 2 phone calls to confirm terms and details. Absolutely do not do business with this company, unless you will abide by the directives of the sales staff. More
