Did not let me test drive. Will not be buying from them. They did not let me test drive a car that i wanted, without a copy of my drivers license and a copy of insurance. You are in for a lifetime of harassment Bought my 2013 civic from them, their sales tactics and their buying process was a pain. But it was done and I like my car. The biggest problem is when they started the harassing phone calls about three months ago and are continuing to this day. Every other day I get a phone call that "As a special preferred customer I qualify for the vehicle upgrade program" I told them I'm not interested and I'm happy with my paid off vehicle. Apparently they do not want to take no for an answer. I have 15 voicemails from them, and another 20 calls from them I have taken. I have said on at least ten times that I am not interested and to please stop calling me. Buying a new Honda from them includes a great five year annoying sales program at no extra cost. Stay away. More

It was like pulling teeth with the other dealerships, which would not work with me. I did not want all these dealer add-ons that I had no interest in and did not like their mark ups. Without setting a foot in the door, RT dealership offered me just what I wanted with a great price. No hassel. More

I saw a vehicle online at the Ron Tonkin Honda location in SE Portland and called to inquire. The rep was able to get me an appointment a few hours from the time of my call. I rushed over there to find other folks test driving "my car." Joshua and Gandi had clear communication with me re: how the process works when there are multiple parties interested and making offers on the same vehicle. They were both very personable and funny and checked on my often to see if I needed anything and to chit chat while I waited for my offer to be accepted/processed. Joshua even helped me get my new vehicle home since I had driven a friends car to the dealership. All in all, I received great service and I do feel like I got a good deal for the vehicle I drove away with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks! More
