I was looking for a hard-to- I am pleased to share my thoroughly positive experience purchasing a used vehicle through Ron Tonkin Honda of Portland. I was looking for a hard-to-find manual Subaru Forester. When I first stopped by for a test drive there were several Foresters on the lot--all automatic. Winfred, the personable and professional sales person assisting me, let me know that there was a manual Forester coming in soon as a trade-in. It was even red--my first choice color!! Winfred took my contact info and we stayed in touch. I had first option to drive it when it came in the following week. I had a prepurchase inspection done at my own shop. Everything looked great except the back brakes. The dealer agreed to fix them on the spot. I was able to seal the deal and have the car delivered to my home that same evening. I am now driving my dream car and I couldn't be happier. More
