Beware! Disappointing Customer Service! After supporting Ron Tonkin Honda and being a loyal customer for nearly 50 years we were terribly dismayed by the po Disappointing Customer Service! After supporting Ron Tonkin Honda and being a loyal customer for nearly 50 years we were terribly dismayed by the poor service received on 6/21. We have left messages trying to reach the Service Manager and they don't even value our business enough to return our calls. My elderly mother had an appointment and asked for a tire rotation and a new battery on a car she had bought from Ron Tonkin. After waiting for 3 1/2 hours they had charged her for numerous things but sent her off WITHOUT installing the new battery. I hate that elderly people are mistreated and taken advantage of in this way. What happened to being helpful and having good customer service? Apparently Ron Tonkin is too busy trying to scam people and make money rather than provide good customer service. Needless to say they have lost our business. Shame on you for treating elderly people in this manner. More
