I found that salesperson Katie Temple exemplifies these traits, too! She reached out to me immediately with a cheery video upon getting wind that I was interested in a used Honda. She was not overbearing, but took the time to take me on a test drive, point out the great, new features of the car I was considering and happily and knowledgeably answered my questions! Not pushy, but enthusiastic, personable, and professional. Sadly, the car I wanted was at another dealer in Oregon. The customer service there could only be described as unprofessional and dismal! I truly wanted to give Katie Temple my business, but I had a dead car and didn’t have the luxury to wait until the Tonkin Honda dealership got in my vehicle of choice! But, I WILL tell anyone who is looking for a Honda to go straight to Katie! More
