You are in for a lifetime of harassment Bought my 2013 civic from them, their sales tactics and their buying process was a pain. But it was done and I like my car. The biggest problem is when they started the harassing phone calls about three months ago and are continuing to this day. Every other day I get a phone call that "As a special preferred customer I qualify for the vehicle upgrade program" I told them I'm not interested and I'm happy with my paid off vehicle. Apparently they do not want to take no for an answer. I have 15 voicemails from them, and another 20 calls from them I have taken. I have said on at least ten times that I am not interested and to please stop calling me. Buying a new Honda from them includes a great five year annoying sales program at no extra cost. Stay away. I was not planning on going back there again because they are not near my home, but on the 11th hour before the purchase, I decided to contact that them to see if they would give me what I wanted. It was like pulling teeth with the other dealerships, which would not work with me. I did not want all these dealer add-ons that I had no interest in and did not like their mark ups. Without setting a foot in the door, RT dealership offered me just what I wanted with a great price. No hassel. More
