I saw a vehicle online at the Ron Tonkin Honda location in SE Portland and called to inquire. The rep was able to get me an appointment a few hours from the time of my call. I rushed over there to find other folks test driving "my car." Joshua and Gandi had clear communication with me re: how the process works when there are multiple parties interested and making offers on the same vehicle. They were both very personable and funny and checked on my often to see if I needed anything and to chit chat while I waited for my offer to be accepted/processed. Joshua even helped me get my new vehicle home since I had driven a friends car to the dealership. All in all, I received great service and I do feel like I got a good deal for the vehicle I drove away with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks! More
