We bought a car and signed up a contract with a third party lender that we chose and got approved for ( we verified and lender said yes,, but the dealer never closed the deal) a few days later we found o party lender that we chose and got approved for ( we verified and lender said yes,, but the dealer never closed the deal) a few days later we found out finance made their own decision without letting us know and closed the deal with a company that we never approved, it has poor reviews and now they refused to cancel the deal. The contract says that We have the right to choose our lender and yet, that wasn’t our case. We will be filing a complaint with Attorney General and Better Business B. because we never agreed to these terms. If you come to this place don’t trust finance.
