never met Karam out on some other mission car ready to see on arrival drove and got final price all good got home ok then found only problem unit key and fob not cked out by rons boys and I did n to see on arrival drove and got final price all good got home ok then found only problem unit key and fob not cked out by rons boys and I did not find problem till after AS IS was established manual key did not fit lock 250$ to find it was wrong key only 1 fob with push to start ford cost 450$ to set up a spare they did offer key insurance but keys and spare should part of any sale should have paid better attention to that detail other wise guys very helpful sale guy that helped me not listed not good with names Was very good as for delivery not asked for ride back to dealership got other car they declined More
