I am sorry to say I have to revoke my 5 start review - I bought a brand new car there last month - it has a problem - my choices are to sit at the dealership - for however long it takes them - or wait until they can find me a loaner car - they have no idea when that might be - and to top it all off they seem to think I have free time to be available when they figure out how to honor the commitments they made to me. More

Relatively easy process, if you discount the unavoidable long wait while they draw up documents. They were nice and friendly, but I assumed it was a salesman’s facade so I kept waiting for the other shoe to long wait while they draw up documents. They were nice and friendly, but I assumed it was a salesman’s facade so I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. The whole time I tried to stay focused, vigilant for any last minute changes to the terms or the expected hardsell of extra dealer options. The changes never came and the sell attempt of the options was so soft, it was like they already knew I’d say no. Next thing I know, we’re standing up and they’re congratulating us on the new vehicle. That…actually wasn’t as bad as I expected. Sorta like a visit to the dentist. So not my favorite activity in the world, but Spencer and Alejandro were good dudes and made it bearable. Thank you! More
