I would stay FAR AWAY from this dealership, they will not be transparent with you & not tell you everything about the vehicle you’re purchasing. I just recently bought a truck from this dealership within the be transparent with you & not tell you everything about the vehicle you’re purchasing. I just recently bought a truck from this dealership within the past week, hasn’t even been a full week actually and the engine light has already came on(the dealership had to clear the codes for it to pop back up after I left the dealership) I literally haven’t even drove the truck much because I only bought this truck for work and I haven’t been able to work due to the issues that this truck and dealership has caused me. Here is the list of issues that I’ve had: 1. The 2nd day of me having the vehicle I noticed the remote start function was going in and out, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Mostly it doesn’t work which is a big deal for me, this is one of the reasons I chose this truck which makes it pointless if it doesn’t work. 2. I also noticed a really loud popping noise whenever I turn my wheels a certain way or whenever I hit a bump of some sort, I had to pay to have a mechanic look at it for me and I only had the vehicle 3 days, which should not be the case seeing that I just bought this vehicle. 3. The engine light also came on the 2nd day of me having the truck, I also had a mechanic look at this for me and I am waiting on feedback, I don’t even want to know what that problem is going to be though to be honest. 4. The wheels are rubbing the inside of the wheel liner which is causing it to ride rough and also make additional noises on top of the popping noises, not to mention it will rub the plastic off the liner after so long if I didn’t notice it. So it’s a real loud, real rough ride. It is a truck, but it shouldn’t be that loud at all. 5. The sway bar links are completely shot and loose, which is very dangerous on the highway and at high speeds. It’s all over the road, I hit a bump and almost lost control. It’s that bad.(pictures attached) 6. The vehicle was not properly detailed before selling the vehicle as I found a sock and a whole lot a hair in-between the seats(picture attached) which makes me think did they actually do a proper inspection on the vehicle considering all the problems I understand that this is a used truck with over a 100,000 miles. So I’m aware that there will be issues, but these are huge problems and isn’t an inexpensive fix. Had the dealership been transparent with me I would have never bought the truck. These are things the dealership should have either fixed before selling it or inform the customer that is purchasing it, which was not the case. Now I’m stuck with an unsafe vehicle and have to figure out how I’m going to get out of this situation, which has put me behind on work also. I should have known something was off when the test drive was not even a mile circle back to the dealership, there’s no way all these issues would arise by driving it for 5 mins and half a mile down the road. But I figured since it was a big dealership everything would go smooth, I was completely wrong. It’s very unprofessional and unacceptable for any dealership to take advantage of there customers who are spending hard earned money. Additionally, when I contacted them about my issues expecting them to do the right thing and fix it because obviously the truck wasn’t inspected properly, all they said was they couldn’t do anything and it’s “the policy”. I would recommend staying FAR AWAY from this dealership! More
